InOutFlows is built on 20 years of enterprise data experience in investment management, analytics, and AI-driven operations, at institutions where governance wasn't optional, it was regulatory and reputational.

As VP, Chief Data Office at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Hong Kong, Kelvin led data governance across APAC, aligning cross-border privacy rules, audit frameworks, and operational reporting for one of the world's largest asset managers. Promoted three times over 10 years.

At AIMCo, he directed the enterprise rollout of Atlan and Soda, designed data quality scorecards and stewardship operating models, and led a 10-person cross-functional data product delivery team, promoted to management within two months of joining.

He holds a CDMP Practitioner designation, PMP, MBA from Schulich (York University), an Honours BSc in Computer Science from UBC, an MIT certificate in AI product design, and currently completing the AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification.
